Baoding Co. Was established in 1995,registered capital of 50million RMB,covers the total area of 18000m². 

v 1997 

1st production line were construct.Baoding Co.was a specialized enterprise for the research and development, production, sales of automatic synchronizer ring.

v 1999 

Forging of precision mould was introduced. 

v 2002

CNC machining, designing and manufacturing of tooling were introduced.

v 2005 

2nd production line was completed.Electrical discharge machining was introduced.

v 2008

TS-16949 Certification was obtained. 

v 2010

Own three complete production system from raw material to finished products.The business scale from cars,buses,kinds of trucks to tractors etc.

Thermal Coating facility was introduced.

4th production line was completed.Steel Rings were developed and start serial-producing.

New Forging Line was introduced.
